Coming Back to the Here and the Now: Still Water Spring Practice Retreat

During our 2019 Spring Retreat we will practice embracing and looking deeply into what is present in each moment through mindful sitting, walking, eating, and living. Our guided meditations and Dharma talks will explore a short yet profound meditation poem often taught by Thich Nhat Hanh:

I have arrived, I am home
In the here, in the now
I am solid, I am free
In the ultimate I dwell

Friday May 3 to Monday May 6, 2019

At the Charter Hall Retreat Center in Perryville, Maryland
